When the club launched the revamped monthly donation program a few years ago, parents, alumni and other supporters joined to help bring Cal Poly Rugby on a relatively equal financial footing with peer and near-peer club-rugby programs within our conference and nationwide, shrinking a gap that had put the club at a significant competitive disadvantage for many years — and the results are beginning to show.
Now, it’s time we take that next step. The club is proud to announce a new three-tiered monthly donation program, where supporters — for as little as $1 a day — can help this club, both the men’s and women’s programs, become the national powerhouses they’re destined to be.
Between uniforms, equipment, travel costs and compensation for coaches, among the many other things it takes to be a top-tier club, any amount can make a difference.
