To support, promote and develop the sport of rugby;
To acquaint players with the fundamentals and strategies of the game of rugby;
To teach, encourage and emphasize good sportsmanship, fair play, and teamwork concepts of the sport of rugby;
To promote the physical, mental and spiritual, moral and emotional soundness of the individual players;
To help players understand and accept the rules and regulations of the game of rugby, and teach them to respect the integrity and judgement of the game referees, and;
To create an enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors and guests at rugby matches.
